It is my personal opinion considering only the aesthetics. Ugly cars that may like you and some of them like a lot of consumers. These are, in my opinion, the ugliest non-Fiat cars available now in Europe.
1. Citroën C1/Peugeot 107/Toyota Aygo
I think the Chinese clones look better than any of this trio. They look cheap and I hate specially their rear side.
2. Seat Mii/Skoda Citigo/Volkswagen Up!
They are the most boring cars available now in Europe. There is no life in them. What I hate the most is their interiors.
3. Peugeot 3008
Is it a SUV? an MPV? what is it? many shapes for a weird and undefined car.
4. Porsche Panamera
Every time I see it I just can’t understand how could anyone spend so much money in a car that looks so ugly. The rear part is absolutely horrible.
5. BMW i3
It can be the state of the art in terms of technology, but the beauty isn’t part of it.
6. Peugeot 308 SW
Peugeot made everything to make of this SW the ugliest in its segment. Look at the front and the back. So many lines and shapes for nothing.
7. Seat Altea
The Altea reminds one of the latest flops of VW Group: the Toledo.
8. Hyundai Veloster
Bad taste. That’s all.
9. BMW 1-Series
Certainly BMW didn’t use the same designers of the 3, 5 and 6-Series when it decided to launch the 1-Series. Where are the fluid lines in this car? look at the huge front headlights and the ugly and boring stoplights.
10. Mercedes-Benz GLA
Could anyone of you tell me what of Mercedes has this car? where is the essence of the brand? As the 1-Series, big head and stoplights.
Others that deserve to be in this list: Lexus CT, Mercedes CLA, Mini Clubman, Opel Ampera, Renault Laguna sedan, Dacia Duster, Skoda Fabia, Ssangyong Rodius, Mitsubishi Outlander, Suzuki Alto and Toyota Rav4.

I tell you some others if we are talking about aestetic that are ugly: Nissan Juke with those angulars and ugly lamps, jeep compass with that awful larger ass, skoda rapid an horrible cheap photocopy of Octavia, dacia mpv lodgy really dreadful,

Personally I don’t mind the top two on your list: not beautiful but it’s hard to be unique and pretty in that space. The BMW i3 does manage to be unique, and from some angles even pretty, but the rear 3/4 view is not its most favourable!
The Peugeot 308/3008 absolutely belong on your list, though …

You have to see Toyota Etios, which is the most horrible car in the world… The interior…. damn.
After the ‘beautiful’ Etios, we have… Chevrolet Onix, Chevrolet Montana, Chevrolet Agile (If you want to have nightmare, check this cars in the internet)…

Also in my opinion for the car at first position, in particular the C1, have a good design considering price, dimensions. For the rest of the cars listed I agree even if I will safe the Altea (in my opinion). At its place I will put as somebody already said, the BMW Granturismo.

As a BMW owner… I’d put any new BMW on the list except the last 3 series. The 5 series looked pretty good when it came out, but I personally have never seen any car age so fast before. And the new 4 series is hideous.
