During the first six months of this year, Volkswagen Group topped the passenger cars and light commercial vehicles sales ranking in Europe. It was able to outsell Stellantis, which led during Q1 2021. The German OEM registered 1,900,940 vehicles in 31 European countries, against 1,838,216 units of Stellantis. However, the latter was able to grow faster compared to 2020.
